Need someone who can help build out a spreadsheet-like software just like google sheets or a template.
Only need options needed is to add columns and rows, enter/store data, color code, rich text, background color code options

It already does the most of things you need, except the advanced styling options. But this is something I will definitely add a bit later!
It supports inline editing, formulas, column sorting, column reorder, different data types and much more!

Hey @kevin25 . Have you ever looked into GitHub - myliang/x-spreadsheet: A web-based JavaScript（canvas） spreadsheet . I have used it before to build spreadsheet like app and is a base template that is fully customizable that reminds me exactly of google sheets.
