Groups hiding with different widths other than the set ones

I have 2 groups in a header, group one and group two.
Group one should only be visible when page width is above 800 and group two should only be visible when page width is below 800. When page width is below 800, group one is hiding but group two is not getting displayed. It’s only coming into the picture when width is below 400.
Anyone faced this issue?
