Set your repeating group to extended vertical scrolling
Yea that solves it inside an RG but not in entire page 
Did you find a fix? Having the same issue.
Make it full list or Extended…browser will extend and scrollbar will be visible. If your RG is only scrolling, Then it will be in a floating group
