How do you customise the domain prior to website deployment?

Hi Bubble.io, hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing some issues with customising the domain on Bubble.io. I have purchased a new domain name and have linked it to the Bubble.io website; however, upon clicking “Check my settings”, the following error message appears:

“We found bad DNS records for [domain name]. These records are pointing to the servers that do not Belong to Bubble: A record 76.223.105.230, A record 13.248.243.5. It can take up to 24 hours for domain records to propagate across the internet, so if you think it is set up correctly, please try again in a bit. If you are using HTTPS for this site, the validation can take 24-36 hours to complete. If the domain is deleted before the validation completes, it can cause further delays.”

Could you kindly assist please?

What domain registar are you using? GoDaddy?

Hi Johnny, yes, I’m using GoDaddy as the domain registrar.

This is a DNS issue not Bubble specific.
Pls share a screenshot of all DNS records from Godaddy, also your domain tab of the Bubble settings wouldn’t hurt either.
