Are you just adding the data directly into Bubble’s database then? The screenshot you are showing is the Bubble Database. Hopefully we can get you going. 
@J805, Yes for now i’m just making database first, and i was thinking that is there any way to add 2 index in database , if not then guide me to do it with a form using button , It will be a great help.
Ok, if you are adding the elements by hand in the database, you still need to add a button on the screen to add them both together. Let me see if I can make an example for you.
