How to create a form using a checkbox

Hey everbody
I got a repeating group that have an checkbox
I would like to pass the checkboxes values to the database

How can I do it?

You will need a plugin to extract the information out of your repeating group.

You can try Orchestra from my Brazilian mate @vini_brito, that works great and it is also free.
