We have dev team that builds back-end APIs, which are then connected up with bubble. To help us experiment with and test new features, we have a separate staging and production bubble app.
Unfortunately, because we can’t copy controls across bubble apps, we have to do everything in the bubble UI twice - once in staging and once in production. This can add up to a lot of time and work. For example, a “show this resource with 20 attributes” page, can add up to 40-80 manual operations in the staging app’s bubble UI, which we need to then duplicate in the production bubble UI.
No idea if this will work because I’ve never actually tried to import an app… Have you looked into the export / import? If that will work it seems like a good option.
Agree with this! Seems like multiple development versions would help here. That’s how I work with projects that have a staging environment, but it requires a professional plan or higher Pricing | Bubble
