bubble assumes that my domain email MUST start with admin@domain.com when in fact i have decided to use my domain email as Support@domain.com.
So Bubble sent a verification email to sendgrid for sender identity verification using “admin@domian.com” …why?
I plan to use “Support@domain.com” as my Email domain.
And this causes problem to initiate or move further to set up emails for my app.
i already have Sendgrid account - its set up correctly & Sendgrid already has Sender indentity verified with my domain email of Support@mydomain.com
To use Bubble’s native integration you need to follow some rules. I recommend that you make your own integration with SendGrid using the API Connector. If you don’t have much technical knowledge to do this, you can use a plugin that simplifies this process.
In any case, I would recommend you to integrate with PostMark, which is by far the best option available today for integrating and sending transactional emails from Bubble (and it also have some plugins out there).
I changed my domain email back to admin@mydomain.com after your advise to follow bubble rules. Changed sendgrid data accordingly and its all set and verified. BUt now bubble give me this message … in this the email they mentioned “support@shiftsprn.com” which they originally did not do anything to verify.
– i left ticket 7 days or more ago but they never responded to having “support@mydomain.com” as domain email for me so i just changed it back to “admin@mydomain.com”… and now bubble does this… my ticket is still open…
IF you know how to fix it? i would really appreciate any tips.
