How to transfer personal plan to new app

I’ve take up a course for self-learning app-building purposes, but I’ve purchased a personal plan on it. Now I’m creating a new app, anyone can advise how I can
(1) transfer the personal plan to new app?
(2) change the template of my learning paid app ?

(1) You can’t transfer a plan from one app to another - each app has it’s own plan. But you can cancel the plan on your original app, and then choose a new plan for your new app.

(2) You can’t change the template of an app once it’s created - a template can only be applied to a new app (think of a template as a pre-built app, like a starting point for you to work from, rather than a ‘theme’ that can be changed or applied retrospectively).

I need help, I mistakenly created a domain name for my app after going live now my app doesn’t load it keeps showing me 403 forbidden, I need help! can anyone help me?
