My live app has been stable and unchanged for about two weeks, functioning perfectly until yesterday. Suddenly, my team noticed that they couldn’t make selections in the dropdowns, even though we hadn’t made any new releases.
After investigating, I reached out to Bubble support. Here’s their response:
This suggests that Bubble may have pushed an update that caused this regression in behavior, which is concerning since we rely on version control to manage updates ourselves.
Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with the multi-select dropdown or other elements? And does anyone know if Bubble sometimes deploys forced updates that can affect live apps? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
In cases like this you need to submit a support ticket so that they can take a look at your app and triage the problem.
For anyone else that runs into these issues and reads this topic, go ahead and go to Bubble Support Center and use the chatbot to submit a report. Multiple reports pointing to the same issue will help the team understand the severity of the situation
Our team is experiencing the same problem with Multi dropdown. If you set it to disabled once it doesn’t become clickable after that. Just sent a bug report
