If I am trying to pause working flow for more than 4000 ms for animation but next workflow (open external website ) is not working. If I keep it 4000 ms its working, help me out to in increase pause time.

why not move step 5 and step 6 into a custom workflow.
remove step 4 (i.e, add a pause before next action)
your new step 4 action should be schedule a custom workflow action - the seconds delay should be equal to the amount to time you will like to wait.
