Input number as a nigerian number

Hello,

Please, I want to make my input accept only phone number in Nigerian format which is +234 808 514 3085. How do I do something like this.

First, I have this as an integer but it won’t validate it as a phone number and I can’t use US phone there since the users are not in the US.

Any help on this.
