I haven’t been on here in a long time. But I have an idea for an app that I thought bubble my allow me to do without having to hire someone else to do. But in order for this to work I need to be able to integrate a blockchain or smart contract type functionality into this app. Is that possible?, and if so how do I go about it?.

Is Nexus it’s own standalone blockchain or does it use the ETH mainnet?

Nexus is a standalone, unique, register based blockchain design, not another UTXO clone. Txs are free unless a threshold is met within a certain period and our design will scale on-chain without the need for 3rd party or 2nd layer solutions. These are just a couple of the numerous benefits you’ll find when using nxs over eth.
That said, our community is currently developing a bridge solution into eth to establish cross functionality with tokens, assets and such.
