Issue with Page accessing Ziggeo Most Advanced Plugin

We have encountered an issue with a page which has a video, that was previously recorded with the Plugin, not displaying. The page previously has worked. On advice, we updated from V3 to V4.2 of the Plugin and tried again. The page does Preview but gets an error reported - see end of post.

Running it in the test-version, only the frame of the page is displayed that contains the video (only the Title is visible really) and when looking in the Chrome Console we see the following error: Cannot read property ‘reset’ of null

If we Preview the page from the Bubble Editor, the page displays but we do see the following error too:
" Sorry, we have encountered an unexpected error. Please [click here to file a bug report including error code 1615495181968x173499259646880500 and a step-by-step explanation of how to reproduce this issue."

Thanks for contacting us.
Are you sure you have a valid VideoID set in the player element settings?
Looks like your app is trying to reset a non-existent VideoID value.
Please do file the bug report and send us a demo page where we can see this issue.

Thank you. Is there a way to send your a password for the page ‘securely’ ?
In Preview Debug mode, the Video plays so does that not mean there must be a valid VideoID?
I’ll log the bug now too.

Bubble support replied to the bug:

I looked up your error code and saw that the Ziggeo Most Advanced Plugin threw the following error:

TypeError: Cannot read property ‘reset’ of null

at eval (PLUGIN_Ziggeo-Most-Advanced-Plugin-reset–Ziggeo-Player-.js:5:12)

You can include this error in your report to BeCodeFree.

That makes sense.

Apparently you are using one of the reset functions somewhere on your page that throws the error. We’ll check our reset actions code and let you know.

@bubblify Have updated to the patch version and that now fixes the player reset functions. The page renders properly now. Thank you. This can be closed now.

@bubblify One thing that is happening now is that the placement of the Ziggeo player/recorder has changed on some of the pages. Having to go through the application to correct this usually by setting ‘Make this element fixed width’ for the Recorder. Any tips here?

Hello @michael23!

Great to hear the patch solved your issues.

This is the right way to do this, there’s no quick fix. The element sizes are responsive by default in the new versions, that’s why you’ll have to make this change to your player/recorder elements once if you require them to have a fixed width.
