Sorry to write this here and I know the answer would be to contact support but I did that 4 days ago and got a message that they are looking into it and then didn’t get another message back.
I have some bubble apps on the legacy plan, I have hit cancel on them as I won’t need them going forward. I am told they are remaining active until the renewal date. The renewal date is past 1 Oct.
Will these plans get automatically migrated to the non-legacy plans on 1st October despite the fact they are set to cancel?
I would have thought this would be a very simple thing that support could be able to answer but 4 days of silence would say otherwise.
If anyone has some insight, that would be helpful. Thanks!
Thank you for following up on this. XXX here, chiming in, sincerest apologies for the delay in update. Our team is currently experiencing a backlog of reports. However, rest assured that we will get back to you with updates as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
It doesn’t fill me with confidence that Bubble support cannot answer this question so close to the legacy changeover. Can anyone shed some light on this? It shouldn’t be so difficult.
Thank you for patiently waiting. I just heard back from the team.
Could you please confirm if it’s alright to try downgrading your app to Free on your behalf? This will allow our team to observe the behavior directly.
Thank you in advance, and we look forward to your response.
This is after I have already downgraded the plan in the app. Is this seriously the level of customer service that is going on at this time?
At this point, if you have apps which you do not want past 1st October, I have zero confidence that Bubble will not try to charge the cards on file to turn them off legacy plans even if you have already set them to cancel.
What a mess. Did nobody from Bubble actually think this may happen?
