I think that would be very useful to be able to set-up margins in % relatively to their parents, so that in a responsive world, when changing the size of the page, everything keeps its position relative to each other as they increase/decrease in size.
The idea is to say, whatever the screen size is, my red shape on the lightgreen one stays in this relative position (almost centered, but not centered), and its size stays proportional with the lightgreen one (which is already possible)
