Mobile Version - Navigation Issues

Good morning,

I built a simple mobile version (sign up, contact us, and a welcome feature). The primary page is the only page that shows when I use it on my phone. I have the navigation set and in preview mode (on the computer) everything functions properly. However, when I click to change pages on my phone, nothing happens. Any help is greatly apprecaited!

or you are hiding group, and showing another group?

You might have a conditional set on screen dimensions?..
By any chance to you have a ONLY WHEN condition set on a workflow?

Navigation > Go to Page is exactly what I did. I tried the Hide/Show workflow and could not get the Show workflow to work.

Just checked - no conditional(s) are set on screen dimensions.

How does the responsiveness works then?

I just have it navigating from one page to the naxt. I don’t think I’m following. I can show you the development version if that helps.?

Some updates - I’ve added a pop up for the welcome letter! I need to fix the font and re-write the welcome letter but that was a win. The only thing I’m stuck on now is allowing the user to click the “Side Bar, Contact Us” and the contact us - mobile screen popping up if that makes sense. I tried to use the Hide/Show feature but it doesn’t seem to work. The primary mobile page is index - mobile

Ok I’m freaking lost here.:joy: This is really weird.

So the problem is Contact Us button/link in the side menu. It changes the URL but never changes the page. For this reason it creates the illusion that Web of Veterans doesn’t work either. However it’s just not linked on index-mobile page. So it acts fine.

Good thing is root problem is found. Contact Us button doesn’t work on mobile view. Although it changes the URL. I’m thinking there’s 2 options:

  1. It’s either a bug of Side Menu plugin, which you can remove and build side menu manually.
    or
  2. This problem might be caused by having the mobile version separate from other pages.
    In any case I recommend you reach out to support.
