My plan I paid for is not on my account?

My upgraded plan to professional is missing from my account and I had upgraded my account less than 10 days ago.

Could it because I deleted an app that I was working?

Hi there, @billy3… a plan is specific to an app, so if you had the professional account on an app you deleted, then the plan would be gone, too.

oh man… is there any way to get it back?

The app? Not without involving Bubble support, and I have no idea if they can do it… I just know you can’t get it back by yourself (if at all).

To be clear, though, if you have another app, you can simply upgrade it to the professional plan. Again, a plan is associated with an app, not your account.
