Need help with tokens (password & confirmation)

Hi fellow Bubblers!

I’m struggling with my custom emails for the password reset and email confirmation.

I followed the steps of this thread (Retrieve email confirmation token without sending email - #60 by federico.tomasi) but somehow I keep receiving an error message that the password token is not valid or the confirmation token is not valid.

I use the structure of “https://[appname]/reset_pw?reset=[token]” and “https://[appname]/dashboard?email_confirmation=[token]” for the button links.

Anyone who can help me in the right direction of why I keep receiving the error message that the account can’t be confirmed or the password token is invalid? (I use backend workflows)

I’ve had this error before, but mine was clearly a typo in the URL. To save me the trouble - I use the dynamic value instead so that I can test in test version & live version without changing the link manually.

It doesn’t look like there’s anything wrong with your link, but perhaps you could give this a go?

If this is not the answer, then hopefully I can bump your post so that others can pitch in.
