📅[New Plugin] Air Calendar (FullCalendar)

Hello @edgarmolen97,

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we apologize for the delayed response over the weekend.

The problem you’re encountering may be related to some setting within the Calendar element. To better understand and resolve this, could you please share more details about your setup? Specifically, we would appreciate screenshots or a screencast of your Calendar element settings. Additionally, if you have set any constraints on the event data source, kindly share those as well. Any other information that could help us reproduce your issue would be extremely helpful.

Could you also confirm which version of the plugin you are using, if you are on the latest one?

These details will enable us to replicate your scenario accurately and provide a better answer and solution.

Thank like you for your understanding and cooperation. Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Hello team, sure thing, thanks for the response!

I am just searching for appointments that are within the calendar’s view date range
And the filter

Conditional is just a simple Make Visible

An lastly I have this workflow with just a single action to set the timezone

Keep in mind that some of my users are in the East coast and make appointments from their local time but every date input is set to Los Angeles, thus why I need that timezone

Hello @edgarmolen97 ,

Thank you for the message and providing all the details.

We’ve reviewed the problem you mentioned, where some events were not displaying on the last day of the month along with your settings. The issue seems to be related to the constraints(img) set in the “Event’s data source.” After conducting some tests, we observed that the states “view’s currentStart/End date” don’t always function as expected, and they are most probably the cause of your inquiry. We have escalated this to our development team for further investigation and will keep you updated on any progress.

In the meantime, you might try adjusting the constraints by adding “+hours” and setting it to “24” or any other timeframe that suits your needs(image). You can also use negative numbers if required. Please give this a try and let us know if it resolves your situation.

Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention. Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,

Hello @edgarmolen97,

Hope this message finds you well.

We wanted to follow up on our previous conversation about the Air Calendar plugin and the issue with the “view’s currentStart/End date” state not functioning consistently. Great news - in the latest version - “2.97.0”, we have successfully fixed this issue and also included a small enhancement that allows you to add an event’s end time across all views(img).

Could you please update the plugin in your app, test it, and let us know if everything is working well on your side? Additionally, if you have any other questions or ideas, please don’t hesitate to share them.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Best regards,
Stefan

Hi thread,
So I launched my pet project with the airCalendar on Product Hunt today.
I opted for a user-to-user booking system with video.
Anyone interested might want to check it out.

So, two people who book will get taken out of the calendar so others can book at the same time. There are many things like that. I guess you have to use it to understand it all. But if you’re creating something similar it could be a useful exercise.

Hello @emir.ozgun ,

Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the delay in responding over the weekend.

If you’re referring to a view that spans two or more months, our plugin does indeed support this through “CustomViews”. Here, you can create a personalized view tailored to your needs. For your specific case, you can select the type as ‘months’ and set the duration to ‘2’ like here[image].

Could you please try setting this up and let us know if it is what you were searching for? If not, could you provide more details about what you are trying to achieve and how you envision this functionality?

Thank you once again, and we eagerly await your feedback.

I certainly can’t see it , where is the custom view . Can you zoom out and send 2 screenshots ? I am on version 3.97 . Sorry I am using Air date time picker my bad.

Hello @emir.ozgun ,

Thank you for the clarification.

Yes, the custom view is available for the Air Calendar plugin only, and we’ve also answered to you in the other thread for more details.

Thanks again, and have a great day ahead!

Hey @estudio315,

Thank you for reaching out.

The demo page has been fixed. You can access it here: Calendar Demo.

Unfortunately, the “Missing element” errors are originating from Bubble, and they have not provided a solution for this issue yet. As a result, we need to fix it each time it occurs.

We appreciate your message and for bringing this to our attention.

Have a great weekend!

Hello. I have set up the start and end dates using Current Date/Time and I still receive the same error moment.tz is not a function.

I could make a video, but there is nothing to demonstrate. It happens on page load.

  • If the calendar is visible on page load, I get the error right away.
  • If the calendar is not visible on page load, I get the error as soon as I show the group which holds the calendar.

Any ideas?

I’m not sure if it’s related, but when the calendar is not visible on page load, as soon as I show the group with the calendar, the calendar does not render! The page is blank. I’ve had to put a refresh page action in my workflow so the calendar will render. This is naturally less than ideal.

How to show the calendar when it is hidden on page load?

I think I had a similar issue in the beginning, search this thread what I wrote re. that issue.
I can’t help you other than that.

Hi there,

Upon using the resource scheduler it’s very nice that we have the resource group name functionality. However I think for most users they would like to have a “sort functionality” for the groups just like you have for the individual resources. Currently it seems to be automatically sorted on the creation date of the individual resources below. This means that (at least for us) resources groups can change position in the calendar when the underlying resources change. For us, and I assume for many, we have a clear order in the resource groups (most important ones above i.e… Would it be possible to assign sorting to the resource groups?

Kind regards,

Arjen

Hello @ken1 ,

Thank you for reaching out.

We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues with the moment.tz. To help us troubleshoot further, could you please provide more details about your use case?

Specifically, could you share screenshots or a screencast showing how you set up the calendar element and the data source you’re using? Please include all the constraints applied to it. Also, please show us how you have configured the timezone settings in the element as moment is a library related to timezones. Additionally, could you indicate if there are any other actions triggered when the page is loaded, particularly those related to the Air Calendar?

You also mentioned that the calendar is not rendering. Could you let us know if the calendar appears correctly after a refresh? If possible, please record this behavior to help us better understand the issue.

Regarding your question about showing the calendar when it is hidden on page load, you can use a custom state and conditionals for the Calendar element to toggle its visibility.

We hope this information is helpful. Please keep us updated on your findings, and we look forward to your reply.

Hello @arjen ,

Thank you for reaching out.

From your message, I understand that you would like to sort the “Resources” groups based on your preference. Is our understanding correct? This is totally achievable. You can simply use the “Sort by” feature to organize the Resources by group, displaying them as you envision. You could also add a field in the resources table (like 1, 2, 3…) to denote the importance of each group and sort them accordingly[image].

Could you please give it a try and let us know how everything is working for you?

Thank you, and have a great day ahead!

Yes this works! Thanks for the quick response. Cheers!

Thank you. I will share these soon.

Another problem has been identified. I’m receiving an error in the console. The error occurs immediately on page load:

Screenshot 2024-08-16 at 2.16.57 PM

After working with Bubble support, they traced the document.write() error to AirCalendar:

Hi Ken! Eduarda here, thank you for your continued patience!

We were able to identify the plugin responsible for the plugin command. According to our investigation, the plugin is Air Calendar (Full Calendar 5.9.0) by Zeroqode.

We recommend sharing your report related to the document.write() console error you observed, as they’ll be able to address it and determine the best next steps here.

I hope this helps! Have a lovely rest of your day. Cheers!

Thank you.

Hello @ken1 ,

Thank you for reaching out, and we apologize for the delayed response over the weekend.

The warning you’ve encountered is indeed unusual, and we were unable to reproduce it on our end. To further investigate this occurence, could you please add our Support Team email to your application’s list of collaborators and share the app’s link with us? This will allow us to examine your settings directly and better understand the problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, follow these steps in the Bubble Editor: Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com.

Additionally, please provide instructions on how to replicate the problems, including the name of the page, groups, repeating groups, plugin element configurations, and workflows involved. A short description of where to click, user credentials for login, and if possible, a brief Loom video (screencast) outlining these steps would be very helpful.
