The fact is that all our plugins are adapted to the Old Responsive Engine and work on it as they should. - please check this forum thread.
We cannot guarantee that all of our plugins will work and look the same on the new responsive engine, some of them are working fine on both, and some do not. We’ve tried to reproduce your setup on our side, using the column layout and couldn’t get the same issue that you’ve shown.
Please try using different types of container layouts and see if that works, or if it’s possible please use the old responsive engine.
We will migrate all of our plugins to the New Responsive Engine as soon as we have a chance to have them work properly on it. Here is the announcement from Bubble: Plugin Editor & New Responsive Engine [beta]
Thanks for understanding
If you require any further information, feel free to contact us!
Hi @almi.77.dev ,
Glad to announce, that we have updated the plugin with the new Version: 1.34.0: Fixed correctness and value state.
It should also fix the issue you have reported with the positioning of the drop-down menu of country codes.
Please change the plugin version in your app to the latest one and let us know if it worked.
In case there will be any other plugin-related questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we will be glad to help

There’s an interesting bug occurring on mobile for this input: when the screen gets to the point where the popup is compressed, the input splits into 2, confusing users as to what to do and causing failed signups:
Any idea how to fix this? The input and it’s groups are all set to be responsive down to 50%
SOLUTION: by making it 250 pixels wide and fixed width it stopped doing this. I had tried at fixed width at it’s normal size earlier and that didn’t help. Rather odd bug.
Hi @stayshure,
Thank you for reaching out, we kindly appreciate you are using our plugin.
We are glad that you found a solution for your case, please be sure if you are using the new Bubble’s responsive engine, some issues might occur during the plugin usage because all of our plugins were developed according to the old responsive engine.

Have a nice weekend ahead!
Unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce your issue on our side. You can increase the width of the plugin element to the needed value. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin.
Please share more details regarding your setup and the issue you are receiving. That will help us to reproduce it on our side and try to find out what is causing this.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team.
Hi @developers2,
Thank you for your message and for the purchase.
We’ve carefully investigated your message and tested the plugins demo page, but unfortunately, didn’t get this error message.
Would it be convenient to share more details related to the reported issue?
Namely:
screenshots and screencasts of your setup - workflows, plugin settings (for the screencast recording, let me please suggest using the Loom tool).
screenshots and screencast of the issue you have (debugger, browser console, etc);
steps to reproduce your issue;
This will allow us to identify any possible cause much faster.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello team,
We have purchased the Phone Number Input + Formating plug in for bubble. We need certain modifications done for the plug in ASAP, Or alternate workaround for the following requirement.
We need to change the color of the countries dropdown menu from white to black
Whenever the country is changed, the Phone Number Input field should be reset
We need to remove the zero added in front of the Phone Number Input when the country is India
Hi @anax.sriram,
Thank you for reaching out and for your purchase. We kindly appreciate using our plugins.
Thank you for your feedback and request, but, unfortunately, we do not provide plugin customization or custom plugin development services. Apologies for the inconvenience.
We can add them to the plugin backlog improvements list and investigate how feasible it is to implement the requested features in the nearest plugin update.
Once there will be any updates - we will let you know, but, at the moment, we’re unable to provide you with an approximate time estimate since these feature requests are of low priority.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team.
Also the plugin input takes some time to load, and even after loading the input is not recognising the values. If we type numbers in the input the number automatically gets erased for some time. After some time it recognises the number and allows it to stay in the input. Please do have a look into this matter as this is of high priority. It is affecting our product launch.
We would appreciate it a lot if you could send us screencasts of your setup - workflows, and plugin settings (for the screencast recording, let me please suggest using the Loom tool).
This will allows us to reproduce your use case on our side and see if there is something we can improve on that.
We are looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team.
In some devices the plugin doesn’t have the font that we entered in the Font family. I have set a condition to show a placeholder and have placed it in the back of the input. Here is the image of how the input should ideally work, this is how it should be when not focussed
It will help us better understand your setup if you will share screenshots of your setup, with all the conditionals. The plugin allows inserting a few custom placeholders, but please note that these placeholders should be only numbers.
Assuming that you did use a text element on top of the phone number input, you have to define the correct conditionals for the text“Phone Number”.
Please check our test page where we tried to reproduce your setup: zeroqode-demo-05 | Bubble Editor
Please make sure that the font family you are using is supported by the device itself or the browser that you are using within this device. We have tried a few font families and the style of the phone number was changed accordingly.
If we can be of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team.
Hello @ZeroqodeSupport . I have couple of questions about this plugin.
I found a small inaccuracy in the telephone mask for RU numbers. The plugin provides such a mask: 8 (999) 123 44-55
But, usually, when there is +7 at the beginning of the number, it looks like: +7 (999) 123 44-55, so the mask should be (999) 123 44-55.
For now, when I enter the phone without 8 it looks like 9 (991) 12-33-4, which is a bit messy, but still correct.
Is there a possibility to get the value of the phone number from plugin without the country code?
Could you add a feature to reset input when choosing other country (optional)?
We’ve updated the plugin and added the clear input value checkbox and state “value without country code”. Here is a short video showing these features: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software
Kindly ask you to upgrade your plugin to the latest version (1.39.0.) and give it a try.
As for the first question, the plugin’s library does not allow such an improvement, unfortunately. Apologies for the inconvenience
In my experience, make sure you are bringing all the groups that this element is also to the front. Just from experimentation, if I dont always bring the group containing the element (and others that the element is in - at least up the point where the tree starts to split between the two fields you are trying to layer) to the front it has the behavior shown above. It could just be something else in that action that fixes it but try it out if its in a group/multiple groups.
