Plugin detect inactivity

Hi, I am trying to use this plugin but it is not functioning in preview mode do you know why ?

I just set up a test page and the plugin does seem to work on my computer at least. I am using Safari on a Mac. Maybe it is a browser or device specific issue?

The tutorial work also on my laptop but it is not working onmy page do I have to make specific settings ?
I have read that : (image)
Does it mean that I have to buy the strater option to be able to modify html header ?

The example I did is on a free plan too so you shouldn’t have to buy anything.

Maybe check your workflows?

There could be a conflict with another plugin possibly too.

See if you can get it working in a blank app and if that doesn’t work either, then you might have something setup incorrectly.

Thank you ! I tried to create another app to test the plugin and the issue was that I turned the item insible on a loaded page . Thank you very much for your time !
