Why some time when i open a popup i got the design broken like in the picture?
I need to refresh the page and wait some seconds
There is a way to refresh before open?

I think I have had the same problem in the past.
Do you have an animation that flips it open or something like that?
Any animation that starts small and increases in size seems to be problematic. Try using one that doesn’t change its size.
