Tks.
If the issue was widespread, the forum would be buzzing for sure. There is one other recent thread about it with a couple of posts, and if you haven’t done so already, you should file a bug report.
Hi
Thanks for reach out my message and feedback.
The fact is that maybe some of us cannot wait for so long, in reason of our companies.
So “guess” may not be the best. Bubble certification will be, for sure.
I did not see the other post, however, that is fine have other claims for a good and real need - Bubble Customers need help.
As Bubble support is not 24 hours per day, I’m asking for support here. However, yes I have sent the error message to support email as well.
Thank you @mikeloc
Submitting a bug report is the right thing to do, and Bubble themselves would tell you that. If there is a real issue, nobody in the forum can fix it for you.
You’re welcome @rafaelfernandes
I just did, thanks for the tip.
I am facing same issue - did it resolve for you @mikeloc ?
I am not experiencing the issue, but as you know, more folks are reporting it in the other thread. If you haven’t submitted a bug report yet, you should do that asap.
The problem persists. It’s a serious situation! I don’t understand why Bubble doesn’t move on and feedback yet - A downtime of this magnitude is extremely SERIOUS!
Bubble has become an intercountry company, with clients in different countries and time zones, do not offer a support operations on 24/7 is a critical failure on IT management and governance!
It seems that, for the moment, everything is resolved and operating in a stable way…
Here is the important part of Bubble feedback about the issue:
Our Engineering team has confirmed that this behavior was caused by a recent regression from a deployment. We have taken lessons from this regression, and as a result have created a more streamlined process to expedite these reports and communicate with the engineering team more efficiently.
We absolutely take performance and reliability to the greatest extent, and reducing the number of regressions and increasing platform stability is one of our highest priorities.
I will close this post.
