I’m currently developing my app on a Professional (Legacy) plan. I need to have 2 dev versions and a live version for my app. Bubble’s pricing plan indicates 2 versions under “Multiple dev. versions”. Does this not apply to the (Legacy) plan?

It does not apply to the legacy plan, it applies to the regular Professional plan.
