Wondering if anyone else is experiencing odd behavior with the Bubble Editor?
Every time I click on an element, the browser opens a Finder/File Explorer window like it’s trying to upload a file.
This is only happening in the Bubble Editor’s design tab, not in the workflow/data tabs or any other websites.
It WAS only happening in one of my Bubble apps (started last week), but is now happening in all of mine.
I’m losing my mind!!
Ah, I can feel the frustration. To isolate, try running Bubble in a different browser. (It looks like you’re currently running Chrome).
Are you using any function keys? Or do you have any plugins installed that might change how your keyboard works?
Do you have some extensions on? Can you try in incognito mode?
I’ve been unable to recreate this in Chrome Incognito or the Brave browser so it must have something to do with a Chrome extension. I haven’t downloaded any new extensions lately that I’m aware of, so maybe an update to an existing one is causing it.
The really odd thing was the nearly week delay between the behavior in my first and second Bubble apps.
I’ve been meaning to switch full time to Brave for a while now, maybe this will be the boot I needed.
