RepeatingGroup Width Not Expanding Columns

Hi all,

Having a major issue holding up a project with a repeatingGroup that I’ve not encountered before.

I have a list of 8 options (in an option set) and a repeating group that displays them all:

However, the columns (despite removing all fixed width including the text element inside the column, the columns are never evenly spaced and sized to take up the full width of the parent container:

Any idea why this is and how to fix asap please?
