Trying to make Responsive Repeating group but without success

What is the best way to have repeating group responsive? All the videos I watched are before New Responsive Engine.

I have played with RG min and max-width as suggested in another forum but with no luck; I have the above settings with no number of fixed columns in Appearances.

I have a Repeating group and inside that, another group that holds text and images.

They way i do it is place the Repeating group inside a Group container.
Set the group container to be always 95% of width.

Inside the Repeating Group I use no min/max width for each field.

That way it auto becomes responsive.
