Reset password isn't working in live version

Hey bubblers, does anyone have a problem with sending a password reset email in the live version? If yes, how could I fix it?

A little while ago, bubble reported that there were some issues with the platform’s native email sending and suggested that users implement their own Sendgrid keys. I don’t know if the problem still persists, but in my applications I’ve been using my Sendgrid or Infobip keys and that solved it. You could give it a try.

Hey, could you share how are you implementing this action on your workflows? Are you using Bubble’s native “send reset password email”?

Yes I’m using native send reset password email. I have tried a
lot of things like sending it normally and sending through API workflow. But I’m receiving it on just version test. In live version the send reset password workflow is not even generating any token or working.


You’ve got the “Just make token, don’t send email” box checked - I’m guessing you checked to prove your point :joy:

so.. none of your emails are going out in live version?
