I’m facing a bug and it’s been one week I can’t get a clear answer (or even an investigation from bubble support team, so I’m trying here.
I’m experiencing a weird behavior with the “Send reset password” action, I use it to generate the reset password token. But sometimes it works and sometime it doesn’t…
Everything worked fine, but it’s been about one week I have to following behavior :
- Everything works fine in dev, but in live the “Send reset password” action throws empty token.
I already checked the email I use in live had a user linked, and I tried to generate the token in backend but nothing seems to fix the problem.
I’m using Canva template for info.
Any help would be much appreciated !
