I noticed that ‘send reset email’ emails were not delivered while testing, so I checked the normal ‘send email’ and it’s working fine. Any reported issues in that area?
Are you trying to use/send the token from the front end or back end?
just a normal workflow ‘send reset password’ workflow triggered from front end.
And just to double check: the user you’re trying to reset the password for exists in your database?
I don’t think so. Pls check:
- You used the correct email address.
- Your spam.
- Bubble logs entry.
- Sendgrid logs entry.
thank you both, it’s working and it was in my spam. embarrassing that I didn’t check but how come it was in there? anyhow, issue fixed! thanks for the help!
