Checked a couple of topics already, but I’m still getting the same issue.
Sometimes the password reset link works, but most of the times I get the error:
this is not a valid request after landing on the password reset page & filling in the new password.
I know each link only works once, but it fails on the first time too.
We don’t send the link through the native email system, but through a webhook that triggers an email module in Make.com.
Workflow on the reset_pw page is simply:
Reset password > Go to page…
The link is being generated properly (if there’s an account connected to the email):
my.domain.app/reset_pw?reset=[code]
