Registered users are able to create multiple event types, multiple schedules with multiple time ranges per day as well as custom alternative schedules for specific dates. Users can share their personal URL or a URL for a specific event type for their clients to book meetings with them.
Registered users have a dashboard to view all their scheduled meetings as well as make any notes, quickly access meeting participant email or make changes to the status of the meeting.
When a meeting has been scheduled, both meeting participants will receive an email with an .ics file calendar invite to easily add the event to their 3rd party calendars. Emails will contain the start and end times of the meeting in the particular users timezone, while also providing quick access to the other participants email address in case further correspondence is required.

The template is fully responsive across all device types and orientations.
This template can be integrated into any existing project.
Provide the most flexible and powerful scheduling capabilities available on Bubble today with Schedule Me Booking system.

Thank you. I’m very excited about it.
- Creating an Event
During the creation of the event the following things occur:
- Create Event after adding name, type and description (1.30WUs)
- Modify the User data type to add event to event list field (1.15 WUs)
- Modify the Event after adding Time details (1.32 WUs)
NOTE There is a way to reduce the total cost by the 1.32 WUs for the modification of the event after adding Time details by using the ScheduleMe Plugin local storage functions to save the details of the event and the plugins JSON Converter to know when the Time details should be visible. Currently the Time details are visible based on the existence of a DB entry (ie: unique ID).
Is there any zoom or other video integration like calendly which can create and send zoom invites via email, once a user has booked a calendar slot
I’ve done zoom integrations through their API in the past. It has become much more difficult in recent years as Zoom as added more hoops to jump through, but still 100% possible. Much of the pain is getting approved by Zoom’s ridiculous procedures that can drag on for weeks or months due to Zoom employees being ‘human’. For example, needing to setup a test account for the zoom employee to test, and zoom employee provides the email address to use and then during testing the zoom employee tests with a different email address and fails the app.
Because of that, it is important to have an ability to log and trace exactly what the zoom employee is doing wrong so that when they fail you, you can speed up the process of ‘trying again’ by exemplifying with clear data and facts that it is the fault of the zoom employee and not the app developer.
Google calendar is much easier to work with in order create Google Meets to send them out.
Either one could be integrated into your version of the template.
Thanks for explaining, think I’ll overlook Zoom for now.
Just to confirm the template is not necessary for the plugin to function properly?
I already have an app marketplace and would just like to include a booking feature based on experts availability, each expert on the platform requires there own unique availability calendar with the ability to generate Google meet links as advised in your previous message.
Kind regards
Mark
Yes, the plugin is a standalone plugin, so if you do not want to use the free template, you can still subscribe to the plugin and use it in any other Bubble app.
However, the free template does not work without the plugin subscription
Hi @boston85719 this looks pretty neat. I’m looking to do something similar but as part of an existing MVP I’m currently developing.
It’s not possible to adhere this template to my app in this given case, am I right?
You can integrate into existing apps. Can do copy paste functions and resolve any issue. Usually it’s no more than 10 hour max so long as Bubble editor is working properly.
Sounds good enough. Thanks!
