I was wondering is it possible to send custom emails with out a Plugin or with a free plugin that the site does not cost money and without bubbles send email function?
Sending emails is going to cost some money, but some providers are cheaper than others. Sendgrid is the default option, but many have configured Sendinblue or other options through the API connector or plugins. Many of these providers charge fractions of pennies per email, so the amount you pay depends on how many you send.
