Send/Receive Voice - Phone Call with Twilio [EXPERT OPINION WANTED]

If you’ve ever used the Twilio API, you’re well aware you can create/receive phone calls.

However, sending/receiving the voice from both sides in a live format is less straightforward.

Being the expert, what would you do to solve for this? Can you do it without using a plug-in?
