I am trying to show a pop up only for US users. I was thinking about using the current geographic position function, but I do not know how to use it currently. Also, is there a way to do this without asking the user for permission to use their location?
In your case you try to use ipiphy plugin that allow you identify the location by IP. If you go to use geographic position the user should have to give permission for that.
