Very cool! Can it be triggered using icons embedded within a repeating group?

Hey @josh10 yes, I think that should be possible.

Doesn’t seem to be responsive. Only made for desktop or…?

@marcusandrews fixed, please check :slight_smile:

I am new with templates (and Bubble) but I am feeling a bit lazy to build my own FAQ so I bought this template. I want to put it the GET HELP in my HEADER so it works for all my pages. is this possible?

I tried to do that but doesn’t work in my header but when I copy the page it creates a new standalone page, but I want the floating group to appear in all my pages.

PS: your products are great, very user friendly. thanks

Hi, @natserrano!

Thanks for reaching out!

Yes, it’s possible to put the GET HELP in your HEADER so it works for all pages. Here is a guide of how to implements this.

  1. Create a floating group on each page (that will not be visible until you trigger it)
  2. Create Group menu as a Reusable element (to make it easier to populate the floating groups :slightly_smiling_face: )
  3. Place the Button GET HELP in the header and set a workflow; When the button Get HELP is clicked - set State, for instance, Open Menu.
  4. The floating group is visible when the Header’s state is- Open menu
  5. For the X button set state - Close menu.

Hope this helps!

Hi !

I would have 3 questions about this module :
1/ Does this module work with questions that take up multiple lines ? Because when I try to insert a longer text with the browser inspector, the text is going outside the frame/borders.
2/ Are the questions stored in the database so that we can use this module for multiple languages ?
3/ Can we insert this whole block in a page (like any normal Group), instead of using the slider feature, because I would like the content to be “on page” for SEO purposes. I think it will also probably be less confusing for the mobile experience, as there is already the main menu with a sliding effect like this.

Thank you !

Hi @fourmi4x, thanks for reaching out.
Apologies for the late reply due to weekend time.

Allow me to reply to your questions one by one:

Q1. Does this module work with questions that take up multiple lines?
R1. Sure thing it does. To add a multiline text inside the Q/A section, please insert it within the Bubble editor, into the corresponding text element. The text element box size should adjust automatically.

Q2. Are the questions stored in the database so that we can use this module for multiple languages?
R2. The question texts can be stored inside the database as well as they can be typed into the text element manually. Thus, if you have in your database multi-language question variants, you can display them inside the text element for sure. Just use the “do a search for” dynamic value inside the text element.

Q3. Can we insert this whole block in a page (like any normal Group), instead of using the slider feature?
R3. Yes, of course. For that, you will need to copy the elements of the side block and place them directly on the page (please be sure that you’ve changed all workflows accordingly).
