Hello, @jdubbya
Since we need to receive the code in real-time and there is some troubles with the time zone, we need to propose establishing the specific time, when each of us will be active.
It will help us to receive the code from you and simply configure the plugin within your app.
Can you please specify your time zone? Also, please let us know the range of time you are available.
We are looking to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team
I’m here for the next 30 minutes - any chance you can try now?
Hello, @jdubbya
Please accept our apologies, but our team is on weekends right now.
We kindly ask you to try it tomorrow at the same time ( GTM +3 Time Zone).
We will do our best to initiate this process faster, so you will be able to provide the code
Thanks for the understanding.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team
Ok, I’ll watch my text messages at the time you mention, so that when you initiate login I can send you the code via email right away for you to finish logging into my account.
Hello, @jdubbya
Thank you for the help.
We are trying to sign up for your Apple Developer Console right now. Please share the TFA code
We are looking to hearing from you soon.

Zeroqode Support Team
sorry - missed that one - try again now?
@jdubbya
Sure, let’s try once again!
Thank you!

@jdubbya
We successfully accessed your Apple Console. Thank you!
We will revert with an update at the nearest time.

Sounds good - I’m off to bed LOL, catch the answer in the morning!
Hello, @jdubbya
By this message, we are happy to notify you that the Sign In with Apple button is working properly right now.
We initialized the button for the first time and configured your Backend Workflow in the correct way.
Now, it works for the version-test
Please test it and after it, you can modify the Redirect URLs for the button and Backend Workflow for all versions of your application, as on our Demo Page.
Hope it will be useful for you
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team
Hey so the process will log the user in with the correct credentials into the Apple dashboard (it’ll put up the correct info while in the Apple login steps) but errors out on the last step of the process. And it doesn’t work both when the user doesn’t have an account with my app as well as when the user does have an account - doesn’t matter if it’s SSO, Google login or FB login. See the log record below for one example.
Hello, @jdubbya
Thanks for your request.
Please allow us to provide you with a few details regarding this
In the beginning, please note that we just tested your application once again and verified the correctness of the signup process.
Please find the screencast with the entire process of signing up in your application:
As you can see, we were able to sign up within your application and a new user was recorded in the DB.
As for your screenshot, we have not encountered this error, even despite the fact we tested it with different credentials.
Probably, it could be a temporary bug from the Bubble side, since the Backend Workflow is controlled by their team.
Please provide us the video reproducing this case for our investigation.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team
Hello - so it’s still not working, though at least it’s not getting an error. The problem is that it’s not logging the user in. I did a video and here’s a screenshot of the log.
video: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom
log:
Edited to add - if I run it from the database as that new user, it works and acknowledges the login - it does create the row in the database, but the app doesn’t recognize the user as logged in. It goes to the “success” page now (whereas before it went to the “error” page), but then it fails the login and Bubble won’t recognize the current user as logged in. I accidentally deleted out my entire dev database while trying to test this (
) so your user is no longer in the app. (It’s fine, I wanted to clear it soon anyways.)
Hey, @jdubbya
Can you please let us know if you have changed anything within your Apple console or Backend Workflow? This issue is pretty confusing, since earlier, your application was absolutely workable and even during our latest tests - it worked
Since our team is on weekend now, we will check your application once again on the next week. Thanks for the understanding.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team
Hi - I haven’t changed anything in the Apple console or that backend workflow. You should still be able to login to both sites and check, though. (PS I also tried this on my phone, and it didn’t work.)
Np about the weekend, totally understand; thanks for the help. Hoping we can get this solved as soon as possible, we’ve both spent a lot of time on this!
Hi there - checking on this? Do you need any more info?
Hello, @jdubbya
We are sorry for the delay in our answer here
We have just tested your application one more time (after deleting your application from our console, so we accessed it for the first time) and the sign-in was successful.
Also, after analyzing the server logs, you also can find that all the conditions passed and a user was created:
After it, we have finished creating an account within your application:
After it, we logged out and tried to enter the application once again. This scenario was successful too:

Please try it once again and let us know about the result.

Hello,
When using sign in with apple, how can we get info about the user at the same time like first name?
Thank you,
Same problem. Holy cow this has been an enormous waste of my time. As i had already mentioned, the problem is NOT that the user isn’t created. the problem is that when it is created, the user doesn’t get logged in. There is a user entry in the database for all the good that does me since it won’t log me in. I’m going to give up; you sent me the same video as last week LOL. I have not been able to get this to work after hours and hours and hours of trying. I’ve been working in Bubble for years and I have an app that uses 15 plugins, all of which I was able to get to work. This is the only exception.
