Stripe Email Receipts Not Sending After Subscription in Live Mode

I’m encountering an issue with my Bubble.io platform where Stripe isn’t sending email receipts or invoices after a user subscribes to a plan in Live Mode.


Details of the Problem:

  1. My platform uses Stripe as the payment gateway, and everything works correctly for processing payments.
  2. The issue arises when Stripe is supposed to send email receipts to the user’s email address (which is correctly captured during the subscription process).
  3. I’ve also:
  • Enabled the “Email customers for successful payments” option in Stripe settings.
  • Set the Invoice Finalization Grace Period to 10 seconds for quicker processing.
  1. Even with these configurations, the email receipt or invoice doesn’t arrive in the customer’s inbox or spam/junk folders.

What I’ve Checked So Far:

  • Confirmed that the user’s email address is passed correctly during the subscription process.
  • Verified Stripe Logs, which show invoices being generated, but there are no email errors or failures logged.
  • Configured SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for my domain to improve email deliverability.

Request for Help:

Has anyone else encountered this issue with Stripe email receipts not being sent in live mode? Could this be related to how Bubble.io integrates with Stripe? If so, how can I ensure that email receipts are reliably sent to my users?
