Stripe, how to apply Coupon on Checkout in workflow

I am trying to setup a checkout for a yearly billed plan, and i have a coupon i want to apply automatically, however when i try apply coupon i get a popup, user has no active subscription or something similar,

what can i do to apply the coupon in the workflow on the checkout the workflow has created.

Enable “Allow Promotion Codes” on your subscribe action (the first action in your WF)

promotion code, needs the user to enter code, is there a way to apply coupon when user clicks on a button for a pricing
