Stripe.js Payment Method ID not collecting

Hi,
I am trying to process payments with the Stripe.js plugin but I can not collect card information when I try to use the Stripe Element as an input or if I manually input the information the Stripe Token does not seem to be collecting card information either.

I am taking the charge successfully but without this card information, I can’t actually charge a card!

Can anybody help?

Here are two screenshots of the workflow! Trying to collect card information from the element as a token ID and from the manually created input form to create a token.
