Transfer domain from Webflow

I originally had my main site created on Webflow and had my database-intensive features in Bubble. But I want to migrate everything to Bubble. I demoted my site with Webflow, deleted their A records, and CName records. I then tried to change the domain in Bubble from portals.cayac.info to cayac.info, but it keeps giving me the error that somebody already as an app hosted at cayac.info. What I need to know is:

  1. Does that mean a Bubble app is registered with this domain name? I have two other apps with bubble, but both of them have been downgraded to the free version because they are obsolete or were for testing purposes. With that plan, neither of then would qualify for a custom domain. But could one of them still be registered? I have no DNS records for either of them.
  2. If one of them is the problem, how do I go about unregistering them and reregistering the one I want with Bubble?
  3. If it is not an issue with Bubble, would it be that it is still registered with Webflow? Or is it an issue with my web host?

I mainly just want to know what direction I need to go.

I went into my other apps and found the one that was the problem. I had to upgrade the service, change the domain name, and then downgraded it when I was done. I was then able to update the domain name on the one I wanted to update. It is working now.
