I am trying to make a change to my data base. When the “date created” of an entry in the data base is 7 or more days old I want to make a “yes / no” field say “no”. Can anyone please give me some pointers on how to achieve this.

Hi there, @troydouglas… if you are on the Professional plan (or aren’t opposed to moving to that plan), you can schedule a recurring event to run every day and update the yes/no field for all of the effected records.
If you are not on the Professional plan and aren’t opposed to clicking a button every day (or doing something else like loading a particular page), you could have a workflow tied to a button (or page load) that makes changes to a list of things, and the list of things is records where the created date is greater than or equal to the current date/time +(days): -7.
Is the button (or page load) method hacky? Yup, sure is. Is it $129/month worth of hacky? Well, that’s for you to decide.
