I am working on an app that has a transaction-based revenue model where a small percentage of each transaction is meant to be charged. With Stripe’s 2.9% + .30 share of each charge, it doesn’t make much sense to do too many tiny transaction splits with them as those .30 add up. Plus, Stripe requires a .50 cent per charge minimum, and some transactions may be smaller than that.
So the thought is to see if we can add the user’s transaction fee’s on bubble, and then charge users when their balance owed hits some minimum amount, let’s say $10.
My question is, how would I go about setting up a workflow so a user will be automatically charged by Stripe when their total due is greater than or equal to $10?
I am currently using the Stripe.js plugin, and have tried to setup a custom event to be triggered. But I’m not sure where I’m going wrong as it’s not processing.
Any help would be appreciated!
