Unable to copy UI Element from a popup to another

Not sure if this is a bug or some UI weakness:

I am trying to copy-paste a UI Element from one popup into another popup.

However, this doesn’t work. Instead it pastes the UI Element copy into the same popup.

I tried to precisely select the parent group inside the second popup where I want the UI Element pasted, to be sure it would know where to paste. But no results.

That’s really inconvenient.

What can be done?

Could you please share the workflow used? … And UI elements property setting used?

Sorry if I was unclear. That’s not a workflow. I should have said a UI Element. I am trying to copy-paste a UI Element from Popup A to Popup B without results.
