Unexpected behavior with "Submit on Enter" and "Make required"

Hello,

Since today I noticed buttons and input field do not behave like they used to be.

I am probably missing something, please help find what.

My problem(s) :

1. Button’s workflow is not triggered anymore by hitting “Enter” on my keyboard while being focus on an input field.
2. Button’s workflow is run even through my input field is Empty and is set to “Make required”

I have tested this on the most simple page ever, to avoid confusion. Please see below my setup (the red square is just there to be toggled by the button’s workflow)

The make required only triggers if the workflow uses that input. The workflow appears to be a toggle so it wouldn’t use that input and the required would be ignored.
