[Urgent BUG] - Anyone experience their app taking a long time to load when opening?

Hello,

My app just got approved on Apple and iOS and we are experience performance issues. This was never observed in BubbleGo. Whenever a user opens the app it takes at least 14 second to move off the splash screen. It is very slow making for quite a poor user experience. Any tips from others who have noticed this behavior would be great. I should add this was observed on iOS.

We are hoping to have this resolved ASAP so we can launch.

I don’t think it’s a bug, but bubble is aware of this issue, I created a ticket about that a few weeks ago.

My app takes over a minute to load on my android phone :skull: and about 8 seconds on my iPhone 14 Pro.

This is way longer than the industry standard and these load times are pretty much not accepted by users in today’s world.

I have pretty much the same app (in terms of elements and features) as single page web app wrapped with BuildNatively already published in the stores, and it loads 3x faster.

I had finished rebuilding it in Bubble Native, I was excited to launch it, but I didn’t because of these insane load times, and I’ll wait until this is fixed.

Ahh ok, I’ve submitted a support request as well.

I’m trying BubbleGo for first time as part of public beta. I can’t create a new topic in this category.
I’ve got BubbleGo installed via TestFlight.
I’ve updated app with a MOBILE view and HOME page.
When I open BubbleGo (iOS), I log in fine, and can select my app, then branch (e.g. Development which I presume is MAIN)…
Then I just a white screen.
I left it for 10 mins no change.
I rebooted phone no change.
Shaking it doesn’t exit.
I tried creating new branch and launching that but same issue.
I have to kill BubbleGo and restart it to try again.

The first load takes longer.

My published iOS app takes about 8 seconds on first load then a couple of seconds after that.

Yes - initial load time is too long. It’s the first impression with users and they immediately nope out.
