User data copy from test to live

I’ve released an app I’ve built over several months live.
The user data was moved using the copy from test to live function.
I moved only the admin account.

However, only the users who have been moved in this way have user data twisted.
Is it not supported to move user information from test to live?
Can someone please tell me?

What do you mean? If your question is if copying users from dev to live is an option, then yes.
