Using bubble on a subdomain (like app.mywebsite.com)

for some reason bubble isn’t registering that I want to use a subdomain, not just the first thing before the “.”

Anyone experience this before?

Hi andrew6,

you need to do a A-record modification such that it points to your bubble app. The A-record is a data structure under the control of your domain/hosting service provider. Some let you do it yourself, but if the admin tool doesn’t allow for it, you need to ask the provider to do it for you.

Thank you, that solved the issue… for some reason it wasn’t propagating. took like 72 hours and it was just weird.
