We didn’t find an account

Hello,

for some users I got We didn’t find an account with those login credentials. Also the users are in app data. I did not change anything.

Could you help me?

Are you typing the right password?

Perhaps you tried it in the live version, while these users were created in the dev version? (They don’t share the same DB)
